that spring flavor! Cherry blossom? No, no.
Here’s a hint: it’s a fragrant drink that reflects Japan’s history.

 
 

And next, could a dessert inspired by another toasty, aromatic drink be coming…?
That’s what Harumi predicts.

By the way, it was recently reported that yomogi (mugwort) is becoming popular in Japan.
Mugwort?! I was surprised too, but apparently it’s being called a “Japanese herb” these days.
A mugwort latte… I’d love to try that!

ちなみに先日、日本ではヨモギが流行ると報道されていました。
ヨモギ？！と驚きでしたが、巷では和のハーブと言われているとか。
よもぎのラテ、飲んでみたい…！
